A built impression drawing on birch tar, charred woods and phenolic materials to evoke smoke, ash and singed leather. It runs dry and brooding, lending shadow and tension to woody, leather and incense compositions rather than warmth. Distinct from a true leather accord — here the story is the fire, not the hide.
